NEYMAR’S lack of yellow cards this season means his sister must settle for just a birthday card from him on her 21st.
The Barcelona star has been able to celebrate with younger sis Rafaella Beckran on March 11 for the past two years due to convenient suspensions.
In the 2014/15 season, Neymar picked up a fifth yellow against Granada on February 28 which meant he was free to jet back to Brazil in time.
The following campaign he found himself in the same situation, with his booking against Rayo Vallecano on March 3 earning him a suspension.
But Neymar’s foul play this season has already seen him serve a ban against Osasuna in December.
And with just four games before Rafaella’s birthday, loving brother Neymar – who has a tattoo of his sibling – will be unable to pick up enough yellow cards for suspension in time.
Although a red card would serve the same purpose . . . the Brazilian may be a little more fiery than normal in the coming games.
